Ogeny Rajab popularly known as Navy Jayz by stage name is a Northern Uganda based Uganda musician. He is a Langi by tribe born( 1997/ 01/ 02) from Bushenyi District in Western Uganda.

He started developing his music career in 2017. He sings dancehall and reggae music mostly.

"Am a langi by tribe we traveled back to my hometown Bweyale town Kiryandongo district in 2006 where am hailing from right now am doing reggae ragga dancehall music I started music back in 2017 and still pushing hard with good dancehall and reggae tunes worked with several producers such as zara pan di beat, ricko,Eddie dee and many more I represent dancehall and am dancehall musician"

 He attended his primary school from Goodwill primary school and later joined  secondary level at
 Dorah Bloch International College for  O'level and A'level went to Panyandoli Self-Help Senior School.

He comes from a family of 7 siblings hence dancehall music is his mission and to represent kiryandongo and Uganda at large.
