Rupiny Samson popularly known by stage name as Mr Problem (born in 18/8/1992) from Alero in Nwoya District.

Mr Problem is a Northern Uganda based underground artiste with believes to be one of the top rated musicians in the region.

In 2020, he started own records label known as Hustler Entertainment Crew when he was still a solo artiste. He is now signed under Christopherson management.
