Over the weekend, Uganda's People's Defense Forces soldiers attached to the 4th Division Army barracks in Gulu helped an identified helpless woman delivering along Gulu streets.
However, the woman managed to deliver safely before she was taken to Gulu Regional Referral hospital for further management.
Apparently, the photo of the woman is making rounds on social media showing how UPDF male soldiers and police on curfew hours of patrol helping a mother to give birth.
