Despite having the president back-up, singer turned politician Otim William Joyce aka Bosmic Otim is receiving plenty of backlash on social media recently when he was heavily criticized for his poor academic performance last year.
A number of Bosmic Otim fans have come out slamming 'Peny Otum' singer and urged him to stick on his music career instead of wasting his time in politics because he doesn't deserve to carry the title of honorable on him.
This comes after Bosmic Otim recently came out and accused Gen Otema Awany and relatives of planning to block his political career.
It should be remembered that Bosmic Otim has lost some members of his fan base after he parted ways with comrades Bobi Wine.
However, a civil activist identified by Facebook name as Naafi Kaz released a statement on Wednesday stating " we are still tough and growing stronger against contestants without the requisite academic qualifications. This time round we are exposing Mr. Otim Bosmic Joyce, former People Power candidate now NRM. The fella failed all his papers and was registered absent for economics. The same fella was nominated to be NRM MP for Chua West in Kitgum, unfortunately, this is the end of him.''
