After leading and paving Northern Uganda's music industry through his art, singer turned politician Obol Justine Simpleman will be celebrating 20 years in the music industry this year.
The Latona hitmaker who has been in the music business for two decades is yet to announce the venue and date for his concert. Obol started his music journey in the year 2002 with gospel song.
He was the only artist who was directly involved in the juba peace talk from 2006 to 2008.
In 2013, he won artist of the year with his song Can Lobo while in 2014, lakubukubu artist of the year with his song True African and In 2015 again, he won another music competition with save the children on Gender base violence.
He managed to released numerous hit songs like In Ma Iloyo, Gin Amara Na, In a Million, Anyaka Maleng, Moo Kic, Gen Me Cwinya, single but not searching, Gwok Ma Na, Cwinya Me Mar and many others since he rose to fame.
A close source however reveal that Obol Justine Simpleman who has conquer and played a big role in the development of the music industry is in preparation of celebrating his journey in the game.
