Ocaya Douglas who performs as Bafi Ouglas is a Northern Uganda recording artist born and raised in Gulu. He hails from Alero, Nwoya District.

He attended schools; Gulu Prison Primary School and Gulu Senior Secondary School.

"I used to love music since my childhood because I use to sing people's music. While at school, I was named Bafana because of the music career I had and even at home the name has remained the same".

He has signed up 12 months renewable contract with Macton records boss, Jang Luo.

In 2021, he won the best upcoming artist of the year award at Nwoya Music Awards.

He is a first born child and the only son to Mr. Akena Richard and Mrs Lakisa Milly. They are only two children of Mr Akena and Lakisa.
