Lil Doctor Da Feato real names Okola Emmanuel is a Northern Uganda based Uganda recording musician.

He joined the music industry in 2019 while in High School. He believes that one day he will also be among the top Ugandan musicians. 

He was born and raised from Oyam District. Lil Doctor attended his secondary studies from Lira integrated secondary school and later joined Lira Town College.
