Former Speak Fm 89.5 presenter and influencer, Onencan Freddie aka Doctar Freddie is contesting for Gulu West Member of Parliament seat come 2021.
Doctar Freddie who has been offline for almost one fully solid year and fans were slowly forgetting about him, has returned with ambitions of ruling the people of Gulu West in parliament.
He has recently taken to his Facebook that he is ready and confident to face anyone for the Gulu West MP seat in 2021.
"The time is now or never my team is organizing press briefing anytime soon. MP Gulu West 2021-2026" he posted.
