Gospel artist cum politician Onyong Yubu alias Prince Yubu has sparked massive social media conversations with his recent comments about talent in the Lango sub-region music scene.
According to Prince Yubu, Lango in particular doesn't have musicians but it has only gamblers who are forcing their ways into the music industry.
"Personally, I love Gulu Music. Actually, the only structured musicians from Acholi sing better than musicians from Lango. We don't have musicians from Lango, we have gamblers." - said Yubu during an interview with Spragga Promotions.
He lamented that as Lango sub-region, they don't have musicians rather than having gamblers.
He also went ahead and recognized Mixola, Eddy Wizzy, Eezzy and Pato Loverboy as musicians with good music but the rest he doesn't know them.
His statement has since not got well with fellow artists from the Lango sub-region who have gone to brand him as a failed musician who is seeking cheap popularity.
